Shipping

WOW 3d Printz products are printed to order.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your piece to be printed and then allow for packing and shipping time.

We have 2 options for shipping. Standard or Express. We charge a flat rate of $12 for Standard and $15 for Express Australia wide. We use Australia Post to ship with.

TRACKING number and confirmation emails will be provided to the email address provided at check out once your goodies have been shipped. Please check your junk email for this confirmation prior to emailing us requesting tracking information. Still no luck, send an email to wow3dprintz@gmail.com and we will be happy to follow up for you.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct – we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. We will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items whilst in the hands of postage agencies.

We trust that your order will reach you undamaged and without issue however we can not control this once shipped.
